Shannon Bockelman Named As One Of Dayton Business Journal's 2016 '40 Under 40'
Dayton, Ohio,
Freund, Freeze & Arnold is pleased to announce that attorney, Shannon K. Bockelman, has been named one of the Dayton Business Journal's 2016 "40 Under 40" award winners. More than 200 young people from around the Miami Valley were nominated this year. The 19th annual 40 Under 40 awards will honor the Dayton region's up and coming leaders with a special dinner and awards program on May 19 at the Schuster Center in downtown Dayton.
As an attorney at Freund, Freeze & Arnold, Bockelman focuses her practice on civil litigation with a concentration in commercial and business litigation, medical malpractice, nursing home, and professional liability defense.
In addition to her work at Freund, Freeze & Arnold, Shannon devotes her time to the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyer's Project, working with the START program counseling female inmates at the Montgomery County Jail. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Dayton Bar Association, and the Ohio Women's Bar Association. She was recently selected to participate in the 2015-2016 Ohio Women's Bar Association Leadership Institute. Shannon is also currently on the Associate Board for the Dayton Art Institute.
