  • Lindsay Johnson is a managing shareholder of the firm. Her practice includes employment defense, medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice and professional liability defense, and general and complex business disputes. She also focuses her practice on cybersecurity and privacy law, data breaches, security incident management and response, employee training, and risk management focusing on cybersecurity trends and evolving industry standards.
  • Kelly Schroeder is a shareholder of the firm. Her principal practice areas include business law, professional malpractice defense, municipal liability, probate litigation, eminent domain, and employment law.
