Biography

A native New Yorker, Bryan came to Ohio to study at the University of Dayton, majoring in political science.  He then returned to New York for law school, graduating with honors from the St. John’s University School of Law.  Bryan started his legal career as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office where he successfully prosecuted a variety of felonies on behalf of the State of Ohio, including two murder convictions.

Bryan joined FF&A in 2003. During his time at the firm, Bryan has worked with dozens of insurance companies handling cases for insureds as well as first-party cases.  He also represents and defends individuals and businesses who need a problem-solving litigator.  Bryan litigates a wide range of civil and criminal matters.  His typical caseload includes cases involving personal injury defense, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, harassment, bad faith, breach of contract, discrimination, construction, professional malpractice, E&O, and felonies.  Bryan is an experienced litigator and has successfully tried numerous cases to judges and juries throughout Ohio.

In addition to handling litigation needs for his clients, Bryan frequently prepares presentations and lectures for clients on a variety of topics.  Bryan was named an Ohio Rising Star 8 consecutive years, a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. He also has been named to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers.
