Attorneys, Breanne Whalen and Jennifer Brumby, Named to Care House Board
Dayton, Ohio,
Freund, Freeze & Arnold is pleased to announce that Breanne M. Whalen and Jennifer D. Brumby were recently named to the board for CARE House.
CARE House involves a partnership between Dayton Children's Hospital, Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office, Dayton Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services- Children's Services Division. Since its inception in 1999, CARE House has served over 9,000 families who have been affected by abuse. The CARE House facility provides a child-centered atmosphere for community partners to come together and serve these families.
Whalen dedicates her practice primarily to the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, and lawyers in professional negligence cases. Breanne also has substantial experience doing collections work for small and large businesses.
Brumby's practice areas include defending hospitals, physicians, and long term care providers are well as businesses and employers. She also works in various capacities in the areas of juvenile and family law. Specifically, she handles cases involving divorce, custody, child support, alimony and post-judgment issues.
