Biography

Meredith enjoys a diverse civil litigation practice at the Dayton office of Freund, Freeze & Arnold. Before joining the firm, Meredith practiced in Chicago where she gained experience litigating on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. Meredith’s medical malpractice defense practice involved the defense of physicians, nurses, and hospitals in birth trauma and wrongful death cases. Her background in crisis intervention, psychology and sociology provides her with insight into the stress faced by patient care professionals and patients alike, offering her a unique advantage in defending these challenging cases. Additionally, Meredith developed a family law practice where she represented both English and Spanish speaking litigants in all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, parentage, adoption and child support matters.  Meredith is a 2022 Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

She values strong attorney-client relationships built on trust and responsive communication. Meredith offers practical guidance while empowering her clients to identify and work towards their litigation goals. Before beginning her legal career, Meredith worked primarily as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence. In this capacity, she provided crisis intervention to families, as well as community prevention and support programs focused on family violence.
