WORKERS' COMPENSATION

Freund, Freeze & Arnold has successfully represented both self-insured and state-funded companies in Workers’ Compensation matters beginning with the administrative process through trial. Our attorneys are familiar with the arguments advanced by injured workers and the effective strategies to defend those claims. They are experienced in the intricacies of Workers’ Compensation practice from the First Report Of Injury through Administrative hearings, appeals, mandamus actions, trial and/or ultimate settlement. They are also qualified to handle petitions for Permanent Total Disability and VSSR claims from the initial investigation to the final hearing.

As part of our commitment to this practice area, Freund, Freeze & Arnold is wired electronically via the Dolphin Project to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission. Access to this network enables our firm to efficiently and quickly analyze claim allowances, status and diagnosis. This allows us to file appeals through I.C.O.N. (Industrial Commission Online Network).   MORE
