One of the most significant Ohio cases involving statutory employment as announced
in Wyckoff v. Marsh Bros. Trucking Service, Inc., (1991), 58 Ohio St.3d 261; 561
N.E.2d 1049, was successfully argued by Gordon Arnold. Following Wyckoff, our lawyers
have handled numerous cases in which the validity of a lease agreement was at issue.
