City Hall The representation of governmental entities requires a special awareness and understanding of the statutes and the case law which govern these type of claims. Two Police Officers The firm also has a separate practice group devoted to representing school districts and other educational facilities in all litigation matters which can arise against those entities. Freund Freeze & Arnold has handled several leading cases involving the application of immunity in civil rights actions before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, our firm has participated in numerous appellate and Supreme Court decisions involving immunities of state governmental agencies.
