CONSTRUCTION

Freund, Freeze & Arnold regularly represents general contractors and subcontractors in all trades and in both commercial and residential construction disputes ranging from simple family residences to multimillion dollar commercial buildings and roadway structures. We also represent owners, developers, and builders across the spectrum of construction-related claims and issues. Our Construction Law and Litigation team further handles the defense of malpractice claims against architects, engineers and other design professionals. Finally, our team handles coverage disputes surrounding these related claims.

FF&A has extensive experience in the defense of mold-related claims and “sick-building syndrome.” Through the defense of such claims, we have developed strong relationships with leading experts and consultants in this area of the law. As with our other practice groups, the Construction Law and Litigation team is composed of attorneys who are admitted and experienced in both the federal and state courts in the tri-state region (KY, OH, and IN).
