Our Construction Law and Litigation team further handles the defense of malpractice claims against architects, engineers and other design professionals. Finally, our team handles coverage disputes surrounding these related claims.

FF&A has extensive experience in the defense of mold-related claims and “sick-building syndrome.” Through the defense of such claims, we have developed strong relationships with leading experts and consultants in this area of the law.
