Neil Freund – Mr. Freund was named as a “Top 10 Ohio Super Lawyer” and one of the “Top 50 Cincinnati Super Lawyers” for 2009.
Neil has extensive trial experience in all areas of the law, including commercial and business cases, catastrophic personal injury cases, death cases, professional malpractice, civil rights cases, products liability defense, employment law cases, and white collar criminal matters.
Neil was selected as one of the Top 10 of Ohio Super Lawyers in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 - a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. He has also been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America for the past ten years, as well as one of the Best of the Bar in the Dayton community. Mr. Freund was also recognized in 2007 and 2008 as one of the top 500 lawyers in America by LawDragon Magazine.

Susan Blasik-Miller – Ms. Blasik-Miller was named as a “Top 100 Ohio Super Lawyer”, one of the “Top 50 Ohio Women Super Lawyers” and one of the “Top 25 Cincinnati Women Super Lawyers” for 2009.
Susan was named as Ohio “Super Lawyer” in 2006, 2007 and 2008, a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics MagazineandCincinnati Magazine and was voted as one of "Best Lawyers in America" in 2007 and 2008.
Ms. Blasik-Miller was the first woman elected to official position (President) of the Ohio Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates, as well as the first woman in greater Dayton metropolitan area elected as Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
