Jason has worked in the insurance and legal fields for a number of years. He gained experience working with an insurance company service provider, handling claims from Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Wilma, Frances and Charlie. Jason also handled Louisiana Department of Insurance compliance issues and insurance claims involving complex claim handling and complaint resolution. Additionally, he managed pre-suit and litigation files. Likewise, Jason has worked with an insurance subrogation firm in the areas of property/casualty and workers' compensation. Further, Jason has had experience with real estate development, general construction and small business management. Jason graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. and M.B.A. and from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law with a J.D.

Timothy worked in the broadcasting industry before attending law school as a photojournalist, editor and producer, and was appointed by the City of Covington, KY, to the vacant property review commission in 2004. As an attorney, Timothy’s experience included real property law, creditor’s rights, foreclosure and mortgage lending services. In 2004-05, Timothy and his Moot Court Teams competed in the National Telecommunications Moot Court competition in Washington D.C. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a B.A., and from Salmon P. Chase College of Law with a J.D. Timothy is actively involved in the Covington Latin School Association.
