New Associate Attorneys Join Freund, Freeze & Arnold

Freund, Freeze & Arnold, A Legal Professional Association, a Dayton, Ohio-based law firm, is pleased to announce that two new attorneys have joined its staff.  Shannon K. Bockelman and Robert L. Gresham are practicing in the firm’s Dayton office.

Shannon Bockelman – During law school, Shannon served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board and as a competitor in the Conrad B Duberstein Moot Court Bankruptcy Competition at St. John’s University in New York City as the highest ranking student in two areas.  Before joining the firm, Shannon was a law clerk in the insurance industry and in firms in Louisville, Kentucky.  She is also a member of Generation Dayton.  Having graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville, Shannon completed her J.D. at the University of Dayton, with a focus on business litigation, employment law, and legal and medical malpractice defense.  She is a member of the Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.

Robert Gresham – Robert, as a law student, participated in multiple competitions including the National Mock Trial Team from 2005-07 and was awarded the Dean’s Leadership Award in 2007, the David D. White Scholarship Award in 2006 and was the student attorney in Capital University Legal Clinic in 2007.  Before joining Freund, Freeze & Arnold, he served as a law clerk for the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office and a Columbus firm.  Robert is a member of Generation Dayton.  After graduating from Purdue University with his undergraduate degree, Robert completed his J.D. from Capital University.  He is a member of the Ohio State and Dayton Bar Associations and the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys.  His areas of focus include appellate, construction law, insurance coverage and premises liability.
