Kevin C. Connell, Esq., with Freund, Freeze & Arnold in Dayton, was elected Treasurer of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA) at its annual meeting on November 13 in Cleveland.
OACTA is the only state-wide organization of attorneys who routinely represent the interests of parties sued in civil lawsuits, including individuals, businesses, governmental entities, and organizations.
Kevin is a shareholder at Freund, Freeze & Arnold. He was named as an Ohio “Rising Star” in 2005, 2006 and 2007, a list prepared by Ohio Super Lawyers. He was also recognized as a 2008 recipient of the Dayton Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award. Kevin also is an active member of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Connell specializes in civil litigation, including construction law, transportation law, business and contract law, and insurance coverage disputes. He lives with his family in Oakwood.
