Freund, Freeze & Arnold, A Legal Professional Association, a Dayton, Ohio-based law firm, is pleased to announce that attorney Kevin C. Connell, has be named as one of the Dayton Business Journal’s 2008 “40 Under 40” award winners. The journal’s selection criteria included a nomination process of young professionals by business leaders and peers across the region linked to a third-party evaluation and selection committee, naming selectees based upon community involvement and future leadership potential.
Kevin Connell - Kevin was named as Ohio “Rising Star” in 2005, 2006 and 2007, a list prepared by Ohio Super Lawyers. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Transportation Lawyers Association, and the Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations. Kevin also is an active member of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Connell specializes in civil Litigation, including construction law, transportation law, contract law, and insurance coverage. Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and his law degree from the West Virginia University.
