Freund, Freeze & Arnold, A Legal Professional Association, a Dayton, Ohio-based law firm, is pleased to announce that Susan Blasik-Miller, a shareholder attorney, was selected as a 2010 Glass Ceiling Award winner by the National Diversity Council (NDC) at the Ohio Women’s Conference in Cincinnati in May. The award was presented, in part, based upon Susan’s leadership roles within organizations and the region. In addition to the award that Susan received, she spoke at multiple conference sessions related to leadership roles and challenges being faced by professional women.
The vision of the NDC is to cultivate a nationwide network of affiliated councils to advance diversity and inclusion by transforming our workplaces and communities into inclusive environments where individuals are valued for their talents and empowered to reach their fullest potential.

Susan Blasik-Miller – Susan was named as Ohio “Super Lawyer” in 2006 - 2010, a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine including ranking as one of the Top 100 Ohio Super Lawyers and one of the Top 50 Ohio Women Super Lawyers in 2009 and 2010. Susan was voted as one of "Best Lawyers in America" in 2007 and 2008.
Ms. Blasik-Miller was the first and only woman elected to official position (President) of the Ohio Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates, as well as the first woman in greater Dayton metropolitan area elected as Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Susan was also President of the Dayton Bar Association (2004-05) and President of the Dayton Bar Foundation (2007-08).
