Steve Findley – Steve manages the firm’s Columbus office. Mr. Findley is also a member of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, and the Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations.
Steve was selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2008- a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine.
Susan Blasik-Miller – Susan was named as Ohio “Super Lawyer” in 2006, 2007 and 2008, a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine and was voted as one of "Best Lawyers in America" in 2006, 2007 and 2008.
Ms. Blasik-Miller was the first woman elected to official position (Vice President) of the Ohio Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates, as well as the first woman in greater Dayton metropolitan area elected as Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Susan was also past-President of the Dayton Bar Association, (2004-05) and was awarded Downtown Dayton YMCA Volunteer of the Year (2000).
