The Ohio Supreme Court issued a decision, reversing the Court of Appeals, finding that the insurance policy definition of "insured" in the uninsured motorists portion of the policy was not ambiguous. A named insured for uninsured motorists coverage under another policy
is not an "insured" under the policy in this case.
