Kevin was an associate editor for the Northern Kentucky Law Review. He also clerked for the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court for three years.

Kevin was named Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2011, a list jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine.

Kevin taught American History and American Government at Elder High School in Cincinnati. He also coached basketball and golf and was assistant athletic director at Elder High School, resuming his coaching duties in 2006. Recently, Kevin was appointed to the Elder Businessman's Classic Committee. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He plays golf, basketball and enjoys reading.
