Wayne is involved in a small group ministry at the First Church of Christ in Xenia. Wayne also serves as President of Shoulder to Shoulder, Inc., a charitable organization that provides medical relief and aid in Honduras.
Wayne met his wife while he was a student in Sweden and speaks fluent Swedish.
In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, trapshooting, and spending time with his wife and two teenage sons, one of whom competes on the U.S. Junior Olympic Trapshooting Team. Wayne also plays guitar and sings.
