Andy is a civil litigation attorney who has tried numerous civil cases to juries throughout Southwest Ohio. He has extensive experience representing clients in trial and appellate courts and at mediations and arbitrations. He has also defended and prosecuted various types of insurance coverage cases. One example is Wohl v. Swinney, 2007-Ohio-3699, 114 Ohio St.3d 1484, 870 N.E.2d 735 (Ohio 2007). Andy chairs the firm's intentional tort practice group, which handles work place intentional tort claims, defamation claims, emotional distress claims and assault and battery claims.

Andy is active at Bishop Fenwick High School in various capacities including volunteering as the boys varsity soccer coach from 2002-11. He serves on the Principal's Advisory Board and he has coached Fenwick's student mock trial team. He served on the board of Keep Montgomery County Beautiful (2008-11).

He served as secretary of the University of Dayton Law School Alumni Board from 2004 to 2008.

In college, Andy played 4 years of varsity soccer at Xavier University and he was a member of the MCC All-Academic team. He holds an OSYSA E coaches license. Andy coached soccer for Centerville Recreational Soccer and CUSA Courage.

In addition, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, also an attorney, and their family.
