Tim represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation, ranging from defending bodily injury and property damage claims to occasionally representing clients who have been in an accident and sustained bodily injuries. He has also both prosecuted and defended subrogation claims, from the initial demand through trial.

Tim also dedicates his practice to defending bad faith lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts. His insurance coverage practice involves disputes regarding whether a duty to defend or indemnify is owed for construction and bodily injury claims.

In addition, Tim offers cost-effective and experienced representation to businesses of all sizes. Tim's practice includes small business organization and ongoing representation. His business litigation practice includes creditor's collections work, breach of contract, construction disputes, foreclosure defense or lien protection rights, representation of commercial and residential property owners.

Tim enjoys spending time with his friends and family and reads extensively in his free time. He enjoys exercising, golf and kayaking. He is an avid Cincinnati Reds fan.

Tim is a native of Kentucky having been born and raised in Kenton County. He remains involved in the Northern Kentucky community.

Prior to attending law school, Tim worked in the broadcasting industry. He was a photojournalist, assignment editor and produced work between the ABC and CBS affiliates in the Cincinnati television market. While working in television news, Tim covered significant news events.
