Kelly's practice areas focus upon business litigation, employment litigation, contract matters, municipal liability, legal malpractice, and medical malpractice. Kelly handles every aspect of the litigation process, ranging from performing discovery to jury trials.
Kelly published an article entitled Fair and Equitable Distribution of Goodwill in an Ohio Divorce Proceeding, University of Dayton Law Review Volume 31 Issue I (2005).

Kelly is a member of the Associate Board of The Foodbank of the Greater Miami Valley serving Montgomery, Preble, and Greene counties. The Foodbank nourishes the hunger relief efforts of the community through the acquisition and distribution of food to the hungry throughout area.
Kelly enjoys art, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and college football.
