Tim has been successful defending premises liability cases in Kentucky and the region including the defense of a bar owner when his employee seriously injured a patron engaged in an on-premises altercation. He also serves as an arbitrator for the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas.

Tim is a lifetime Cincinnati resident and the proud father of six beautiful children. When he is not working or spending time with his children, Tim serves on the Elder High School Board of Governors, an organization he was president of in 1997. Tim also serves as a Board Member for the North Fairmount Daycare Center.
