After beginning her legal career with Freund, Freeze & Arnold, Rory spent three years clerking at the Ohio Twelfth District Court of Appeals. Rory then returned to Freund, Freeze & Arnold, where she devotes most of her practice to legal research and writing in her practice areas of concentration.

Rory and her husband, who is also an attorney, keep busy with their two young daughters. Her diverse interests also include art, music, travel, cooking/baking, sports, and the outdoors.
