ATTORNEY BIO - Stephen V. Freeze

For over 30 years Steve has devoted his legal career to litigation. In that time he has defended many catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. His legal career has seen him argue before the Ohio Supreme Court on multiple occasions in significant cases. Steve's presentations on new and emerging areas of the law have long been essential to Steve's relationship with the firm's clients.

Born and raised in Dayton, Steve continues to be devoted to the Dayton community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 grown children, and community activities.

Steve is on the Board of Trustees of Think TV/CET, the local public television stations in Dayton and Cincinnati. He was the Volunteer Chair for the American Heart Association Heart Walk in 2010 and also was the Volunteer Chair for the Great TV Auction of Think TV in 2010 and 2011. He recently accepted the firm's recognition for 2011 Governor's Award for Business Support of the Arts, the first law firm to receive the distinction.

Steve can also be seen at UD Flyer basketball games or rooting for his favorite football teams, the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. For relaxation and recreation, jogging is Steve's favorite thing to do.
