Mark served as President of the University of Dayton local alumni chapter from 2004 to 2006. During his tenure, the Chapter started an annual community outreach program. The program has benefited Daybreak, a local emergency shelter for runaway and homeless youths, and has collected school supplies for donation to area elementary schools in need. Under Mark's direction, the Chapter chose to participate in other programs to better the local community, such as Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Dayton. Mark's tenure recently ended, and he plans to remain active in alumni activities.
