Mark began his civil litigation career focusing on business litigation and insurance defense work. He has successfully helped defend clients in construction, consumer, and insurance coverage cases in Ohio's trial and appellate courts. Favorable results include protecting an insurance company from exposure in a multi-million dollar "bad faith" lawsuit, and securing a significant judgment on a fire case.
Mark has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Dayton Together, and Goodwill/ Easter Seals Miami Valley Mentor/ Mentee Program. He is a member of Generation Dayton, the young professionals' entrée program for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the associate board for the non-profit organization, Dayton History's Bell Society. Mark enjoys football, soccer and college basketball; and spending time with his wife and three children.
