Chris has tried and defended a variety of cases in a number of counties in Ohio, including cases involving claims of defective products such as exploding multi-piece wheels, wrongful death, premises liability, and personal injury cases.
In September of 2004, Chris and fellow shareholder and Steubenville, Ohio native Jennifer Nordstrom successfully defended a pharmacy in a misfill case. In this case, negligence was admitted. Plaintiff’s demand on behalf of her two minor children was in excess of $1,000,000. A jury returned a verdict in the sum of $25,000 for each of plaintiff’s minor children.
