Shawn's practice encompasses a wide range of commercial and tort litigation, including construction law, business disputes, tort defense, insurance coverage disputes, and regulatory compliance issues for mortgage brokers and others. Shawn defends architects, engineers, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers and real estate agents on professional negligence claims.
Shawn has successfully defended several cases which resulted in reported decisions in both the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.
